Instructor Led

Instructor-led training provides a hands-on learning experience in a structured classroom laboratory environment.
- 12 students to one
instructor per class provides greater access to the
instructor.
- Maximum of 2
participants (typical) to one set of products provides
participants the ability to practice activities and procedures.
Performance
objectives are addressed and practiced under the
direct supervision of a qualified DCSE
instructor.
- Instructor
demonstrations are followed by a participant
practice session.
- Participants are given coaching and practice opportunities before being tested on procedures.
- Procedure-based Student Guide
"cookbooks" step the participant
through hands-on lab activities.
- Student Guides provide reference for installation and repair procedures following the completion of classroom training.

- The Associate DCSE, Portables instructor-led training spans two days.
- The Associate DCSE, Desktops and Workstations instructor-led training spans two days.
- The Associate DCSE, Servers instructor-led training spans two days.

Instructor-led training is taught in the DCSE facilities at the Dell Headquarters (RR3 and RR7) in Round Rock, Texas. Check the Class Calendar for the specific location of your class.
